The Parador Wedding, Houston Wedding Photographer: Megan & Brent
Houston Wedding Photographer: The Parador wedding photos always come out so gorgeous! Megan and Brent’s day was no exception! Wrapped in turquoise and gold accents and dressed in Christmas lights, this end of the year holiday wedding had a ton of beautiful decorations. Pinecones, cedar twigs and sprigs of rosemary came together with hydrangeas and feathers to create a stunning head table. But with all these fabulous details, our favorite part of this wedding was the intensely emotional and spiritual first look.
Brent and Megan opted to do a first look before their vows. Brent kept his eyes tightly closed as his bride to be walked up the rose lined pathway and between the Italian cypress. He reached behind him to feel her hand and had the greatest impatient and eager look on his face! Once he got a good look of his bride from head to toe, they embraced in a prayer before their next alter meeting in front of all their friends and family. We were able to get so many great personal images of the two of them before, during and after this moment; the greatest part of having a first look!
If your ceremony falls just before sunset or after dark, we LOVE capturing first looks so we can give you some great natural sun lit images! Scheduling your wedding day itinerary with this in mind will also allow you to knock out some of those family photos before hand and save you time before the reception starts so you can get to the party quicker! If you’re considering a first look, we can’t begin to list all of the fantastic advantages that come along with this non-traditional option. And for weddings at The Parador, a first look is perfect!!
